New York's revolt against cab horns
NEW Yorkers are fighting back against horn-honking taxi drivers, asking that cabs be modified with lights that identify offenders for easy prosecution.
It is an offence to use a car horn in New York, except in the case of imminent danger, punishable with a £165 fine.
